Port Your Number

Existing mobile number is always important for us and everyone of us want to retain the same even if we are moving to a different network provider with a new handset. This is possible and called "number porting". Mobilerainbow makes this process as easy as possible. - You can transfer your existing number as long as you are changing to a different network provider. It doesn't matter whether you are currently using a PAYG or a "contract" phone. If you are using a contract, you must be out of your minimum contract term, only then you can request for PAC "Porting Authorisation Code" from your current network provider (this is normally made up of 3 letters and 6 numbers). There may be an "administration charge" from your current Network Provider. If you wish to retain an existing number this MUST be stated on your order form. Every network has its own policies regarding number ports. Orange, Three and T-Mobile are able to port you existing number even after the receipt of your new mobile phone. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call us on 0870-801-3651 and we will be able to answer any questions you may have.
